Office Manager/Senior Project Manager

Cheyenne WY


EPG, Inc. is an interdisciplinary environmental planning consulting firm seeking an Office Manager and Senior Project Manager for our Cheyenne, WY office with a minimum of 15 years experience in environmental services (environmental planning, landscape architecture, biological resources, or cultural resources). Successful candidate will also have a minimum of 5 years experience managing an Office or Group, with a strong track record of successfully managing staff in the pursuit and acquisition of projects.

Position requires effective time management, written communications skills, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Successful candidate will be articulate with professional presence, with solid decision-making, planning and organizational skills. This position requires the candidate to have experience in developing and implementing marketing plans, developing new and existing clients, and organizing and winning project pursuits.

This position will be responsible for growing and diversifying the Cheynene office's client base. Meet with prospective clients, prepare proposals and presentations, oversee technical performance, ensure quality control, mentor staff, and communicate with Salt Lake City office for technical and marketing support. Technical and marketing support will be provided by Salt Lake City. Technical resources are available from Salt Lake City and other EPG offices. Office Manager will also have senior project manager responsibilities on a day-to-day basis. This position reports to the Intermountain Region director. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
